I have some wonderful & exciting news! I am going to be teaching on Ever After this year! I am so honored and proud to be one of the selected teachers and my hope is to meet new artists and students through this amazing opportunity from Willowing Arts.

First let me tell you a bit more about Ever After in case you haven't heard about it yet!

“Ever After” is a mixed media art & style development course with a fairytale theme hosted by Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts in Great Britain. Tam is joined by 15 popular mixed media art teachers who will all share beautiful fairy-tale & myth inspired lessons with you AND we will also divulge all our hints and tips on how we developed our own style and how YOU TOO can find your own unique voice as an artist!

My chosen fairy tale is Peter Pan! My online painting workshop and lesson will be inspired by this fairy tale and I have some cool ideas I’m working through that will help you incorporate yourself into your painting. Essentially I want to show you how you can insert your own personality (and likeness) into a fairytale or story! I've not fully developed my class idea yet, but I'm excited to be sharing a combination of landscape painting, atmospheric perspective, drawing, collage, and painting with you, much like you can see in this painting, but with more characters and elements to tell part of the Peter Pan story:

Registration opens on May 17^th 2017 and the class begins on July 1^st 2017.
