Classy Dancer is the product of my inner struggle between my love for bright pops of color and my desire to paint an over all neutral painting. This work is a beautiful blend of color and calm, movement and peace. In other words, it is about balance.

When you look at this work I hope it gives you a sense of relaxation and inspiration. As you walk around the room, flashes of light reflect off of the gold leaf. Brush strokes of leaf have been carefully adhered to blend in with the overall brush strokes of the painting.

This painting is a 36"x36" canvas stretched over heavy duty wooden stretcher bars. It doesn't need to be framed to look finished and complete. And at a gallery depth of 1.5" deep, it proudly stands off the wall.
